Relekgame facilitates the purchase of in-game currencies and credits for supported games. We act as a top-up platform that processes your orders and delivery flow. Availability of specific games, packages, and denominations may vary and can be modified at any time.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment processing fees may be charged depending on the payment method selected. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Delivery
In-game credits are typically delivered instantly after successful payment. In cases of system delays, delivery may take up to 24 hours. If credits are not delivered within this timeframe, please contact our support team with your order number.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are only available for failed transactions where in-game credits were not delivered to your account. Once credits have been successfully delivered, transactions are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
7. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that the User ID and server information you provide are correct. Relekgame is not liable for credits delivered to incorrect accounts due to user error. You agree not to use our service for any fraudulent or illegal activities.
8. Promotional Codes
Promotional codes are subject to specific terms and conditions, including expiration dates, minimum purchase amounts, and game restrictions. Relekgame reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time. Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. Limitation of Liability
Relekgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction in question.
